I wasn't sure what I was letting myself in for when I signed that piece of paper handed over the course money, but as I reflect now I am glad I did.

Over the 10-week period I have experienced so many benefits. Yes there were some extreme roller coaster moments that seemed to stretch for eternity, but now I understand the enormity of it. I feel like I have grown as a person, as a friend, as a girlfriend. As I now understand more about what my emotions are and what inconsequential things trigger them.

I would recommend this course to anyone who is truly ready to understand themselves more open up their world to a whole new level, but only with an extreme warning - Are you ready to have your buttons pushed the world as you know it to change?
