How can you put into words group sessions with Gaz?

They are intense, real, deep, emotional and raw.

Agendas and expectations are thrown out the window.

Games are revealed.

Truths are discovered.

There is nowhere to hide.  

Group sessions are not for the faint-hearted, that is for sure.

However the allowance, acceptance, support and above all love I experienced during group was beyond description.

I have never felt such a deep connection and oneness in group before which provided an environment for total authenticity. It was amazing.
