Themis Giannakis

A lot's come up inside each time I've contemplated expressing my appreciation.  I saw myself mirrored so potently that I am in awe of what I uncovered during the life of the group and since group finished.

The impacts are still resonating and unfolding and will no doubt continue doing so, in surprising bubbles of awakening. Powerful, new and revisited self-awareness has helped me flourish and experience so much release into joy and amazement. I watched all the parts of my inner world express themselves within an unconditionally loving, enabling and empowering space.

The darkest parts, that I held in such shameful disregard for so long, to my detriment, showed up right alongside the parts of me that are my guiding inner light. I judged and squirmed and then accepted, integrated and expanded. So much wriggled itself free, that for a while there, I didn't even have words. Me, speechless. A miracle all on its own! And still, words don't suffice or speak to my deepest truth.

I opened my heart, took a leap, and am experiencing a richness and sense of freedom I hardly dared dream about.”
