Overview

When our emotions are trapped in our body based on our past experiences we are unable to move forward freely, we are unable to make choices consciously and with love. Many times we are unaware of what past hurts the body is hanging on to, these past hurts become our everyday unconscious thoughts that manifest as our reality.

They are called the 'pain body', and in order to step into our power and manifest what we love consciously we must take the time to be aware of and release these 'pain bodies'. We must take the time to bring our attention inside which supports us to recognise 'pain body' and gives the body opportunity to release these 'pain bodies'.

We are then free to access the power that lies within us so that we can experience the true that we are.

 

 

I have specifically chosen to do these meditations at 4.30am simply because this is the best time to release the 'pain body', this is the time where the collective ego is asleep, and as the collective ego is sleeping we are more awake and aware. These times of the mornings are when we are the most awake believe it or not, when the head is still somewhat asleep the body is wide-awake. During this period we are able to focus more intently which enables the body to do its job of bringing up the unexpressed emotions that lie in the cells and joints of the body. When we can be aware then the body will do its job, it us our awareness that supports the body to do its job of releasing unexpressed emotion, or pain bodies.

It is not our job to do the letting go, in fact we cannot let anything go, the body will do this so long as we can support it with a greater awareness. This means we must pay attention to the thoughts that turn up to fool us as ourselves. Allow me to remind you that you are not your body, you are not your thoughts, you are not the breath that you breathe, rather you are the energy that flows through the body which you may call yours.

Process

You meet with your group at an allocated out door location at 4.25am sharp. You and your group will sit in a space together and be instructed by Ghazaleh Lowe who will facilitate your group into a meditative space. There is no focus on technique and it’s certainly not about getting it right. Ghazaleh will support you to recognise the pain body that arises, the thoughts that show up and claim as you. throughout the entire session you will be assisted in supporting your body to release your blockages and continue to bring your attention within you, the present moment. You will choose between a 7 day, 14 day or 30 day program and once again yes it will be intense and throughout your day you will begin to notice a lot of your unconsious thoughts that have been hidden in your mind and body.

Regardless of the weather the group will continue to meet until the end of your preferred program, please come prepared for the cold, the heat or the rain.

Please be aware that in order to do the 4.30am Meditations, your commitment and dedication to yourself is crucial. It is very important that you arrive on time and remain as present as possible during the sessions. You may find yourself also needing to take some rest during the day, whether it’s a little nap when you get home or sometime in the afternoon.
