Overview

We must bring our entire focus and attention within ourselves to be able to access our power.

We must clear the garbage in our heads and create space within which enables us to manifest what we love consciously.

We must take the time to observe our thoughts so as to know and understand what we have created as blockages in our lives.

In order to manifest what we love consciously we must have the space in our minds to enable our intentions and manifestations to become the world we live in.

We must remember who we truly are in order to live the life we love.

Purpose

  • Support you to bring all of your attention, focus and awareness inside
  • Support you to find direction that you are taking in life and use the courage you already have within.
  • Quieten the mind
  • Access your intuition
  • To have a deeper and richer experience of yourself.
  • Rise above your thinking
  • Learn how to observer your thoughts
  • Know the difference between feeling and thinking
  • Focus on breathing and where to breathe from
  • Learn to follow your breath and see where your energy is and where it takes you
  • Be more alert, conscious and present for longer periods of time
  • Release unexpressed emotions

Process

You will receive exercises to do during your evening meditations in regards to the meditation you will be participating in. you will sit together with your group an Ghazaleh Lowe will assist the meditations. You may also receive Intuitive Exercises to do during the week that will be supportive to your awakening process. There will be time for questions and answers at the end of each session.

This is not about technique, as no one can teach you how to meditate. Meditation is personal and differs in style for each individual. It’s not about getting it right, there is nothing to get right.
